How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using all major credit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment methods. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at lockdtech.store@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
Austria & EU: 3–7 business days
Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
International (outside Europe): 7–16 business days
Please note that customs processing may add additional time for international orders.
How much does shipping cost?

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
